Pantone colors are printed inks. A screen shows an approximation, so confirm with a physical Pantone guide before printing. ColorID does not publish single Pantone pages; Pantone is a licensed system.
How to use it
- Type a HEX or RGB code, or pick a color.
- Read the nearest Pantone, with the ΔE that shows how close it is.
- Copy the Pantone code with one press.
- Check the color in a printed Pantone guide before printing.

Questions
Is the Pantone match exact?
No. Pantone colors are physical inks and their screen values are approximations, so this is the nearest match by ΔE2000.
What do C and U mean?
C is the ink on coated paper and U on uncoated paper, where it looks lighter and duller.
Why are there no Pantone color pages here?
Pantone is a licensed system, so the finder shows the nearest code without publishing pages for each color.
