How to use it

Questions

Which conversions are exact?

HEX, RGB, HSL and HSV are the same color written differently, so converting between them is exact. CMYK, Pantone and RAL are nearest matches.

Why do other converters give different CMYK numbers?

CMYK depends on the printer, ink and paper. This converter uses the plain formula; a print shop uses its own ICC profile.

Can I convert many colors at once?

Use the palette generator or palette from image: every palette exports as HEX, CSS or a link in one step.
